Relevant du contrôleur et travaillant au sein de l’équipe des Services corporatifs, le ou la Coordonnateur(trice) bilingue des comptes clients est principalement responsable de l’ensemble des fonctions liées aux comptes clients, y compris les rapports, les recouvrements et l’utilisation du programme High Radius. Ce poste comprend également certaines tâches administratives ainsi que des responsabilités comptables, telles que décrites ci-dessous.

Un diplôme de fin d'études secondaires ou un diplôme d'équivalence générale (GED) est exigé, ainsi qu'une ou deux années d'expérience dans le domaine du soutien administratif. Une expérience en crédit et recouvrement constitue un atout certain.. Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
Compétences Informatiques
Pour mener à bien cette tâche, la personne doit avoir une connaissance intermédiaire de Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, ainsi que de la navigation et de la recherche sur Internet.

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Controller. Accounting and working as part of the Corporate Services team, the Bilingual Accounts Receivable Coordinator’s primary responsibilities revolve around all Accounts Receivable functions including reporting, collections, and working with the High Radius Program. In addition, this role includes some administrative duties along with accounting related tasks as described below.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
High-school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) is required with one to two years related administrative support experience. Background in credit and collections is a definite asset. Fluency in both English and French.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job requires no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
