Job summary

Collabera in Mississauga is seeking an Accounts Transfer Specialist to review pending transfer requests and liaise with external financial institutions by phone and email for status updates and issue resolution.

The role handles approximately 60–70 accounts per day, requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred, and bilingual English/French ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent OR High school diploma or equivalent AND 2 years of job-related experience.

The expected base salary range for this position is $19 – $20 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
