Job summary

Leviton Canada is seeking an Account Representative focused on delivering exceptional customer service. You will respond to inquiries, manage client relationships, and coordinate with sales and logistics to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

You’ll use CRM tools to maintain customer data, support the external sales team, and identify opportunities to add value through Leviton solutions while upholding ISO documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently respond to customer inquiries and requests with precision.
• Oversee regular clients within designated region, maintaining strong relationships.
• Process and manage Return Goods Authorizations per policy.
• Educate and onboard clients to digital platforms (B2B, EDI, website).
• Utilize CRM to update profiles, notes, and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with forecasting and shipping to verify availability and timely delivery.
• Assist external sales force with customer information and support.
• Ensure accurate order entry and communicate changes impacting accounts.
