ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Americas is seeking a bilingual Customer Account Manager to support French-speaking and English-speaking customers in a fast-paced, technical product environment. You will handle inquiries, pricing, orders, and after-sales support while collaborating with Sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role is onsite in Woodbridge, Ontario, with a strong emphasis on relationship building and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English.
• 3+ years of Account Management experience supporting custom products.
• University degree or technology-related diploma.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Experience using CRM tools, Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
• Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced B2B environment.
• Interest in learning technical products and providing technical support and guidance to customers.
• Strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take initiative and implement solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Ability to build positive relationships and credibility internally and externally.
• Manufacturing and/or building materials knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customer inquiries, pricing and discounts, order entry, order follow-up, and after-sales needs.
• Review orders for product and pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies with customers.
• Recommend alternatives to meet customer requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, teammates, and support departments to ensure consistent customer experience.
• Act as a customer advocate, providing timely and accurate updates.
• Partner with Sales to drive growth and uncover opportunities with customers.
• Perform other duties as required.
