About the Opportunity
The Bilingual Small Business Account Executive is responsible for driving new client acquisition through prospecting and managing incremental revenue by upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the SMB (1 - 199 employee size companies/organizations) identifying client needs, demonstrating how Dayforce’s solutions can better address their requirements, and solve strategic business concerns leading to long-term strategic customer relationships and profitable revenue growth. This role's primary responsibility is to execute on the new business strategy and acquire/close new business within a defined territory through daily sales activities, outbound cold calling, targeted telephone initiatives, and fieldwork when required. This role is commission-eligible with an average OTE of 92K CAD.
