Reports To

Vice President of Commercial Sales – East Region, North America

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets in the Canadian region.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in existing and new accounts to promote ChargePoint EVSE solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiate proposals to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to create customized sales materials and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
  • Partner with reseller and service partners to develop sales opportunities and support activities.
  • Accurately forecast revenue, maintain contact info, business history, and opportunity details in Salesforce.
  • Develop technical expertise through ongoing training and development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of sales, strategic sales, or enterprise sales experience.
  • Fluent in French (written and verbal).
  • Proven successful sales track record.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian EV charging market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
