Job summary

Black Fly Beverage Company Inc. is hiring a Production Employee to support safe, efficient, and high-quality operation on production lines in a fast-paced facility.

The role emphasizes GMP/HACCP compliance, quality inspections, and teamwork to maintain product quality and line efficiency. The position requires flexibility to cover day, afternoon, and night shifts, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years working in a manufacturing setting.
• OSSD or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently.
• Capable of rotating shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain assigned equipment and production lines.
• Perform and document all required quality inspections and maintain GMP/HACCP standards.
• Wear PPE and follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Arrive on time and communicate with supervisors to ensure smooth shift transitions.
