Job summary

Wonderbrands seeks a Production Supervisor to lead shifts in a fast-paced food plant. You will ensure schedules are met safely and efficiently while guiding teams and maintaining high quality standards.

You will organize pre-shift briefs, mentor team members, and coordinate cross-department efforts to keep production on track. This role requires flexibility across day, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts.

• Accuracy and attention to detail; detect quality problems.
• Excellent relational, organizational and communication skills.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Flexibility to work days, afternoons, nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership over a production shift to meet schedules safely and on time.
• Lead by example and foster teamwork among team members.
• Hold pre-shift meetings and provide feedback to team Leaders and Production Manager.
• Lead the production team on one or more production lines.
• Ensure production schedules are met and resolve issues that arise.
• Coordinate schedules, products and labor across departments for smooth production.
• Verify methods and procedures; uphold quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Lead, mentor and train team members as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing standards and conducting inspections.
• Use SAP to record production information and support goals.
• Assist supervisors in achieving KPIs daily.
• Follow good manufacturing practices and safety procedures.
