Job summary

Black Fly Beverage Co. in Ontario is seeking an Inventory Associate to maintain stock levels, verify accuracy, and support warehouse operations.

You will receive shipments, organize storage, run counts, process orders, and work with Excel and Dynamics 365 BC while keeping safety a priority. This role values attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability, with competitive pay and benefits for candidates with CPG or beverage experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics education is an asset.
• Proven inventory management experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Familiar with barcode scanning technology.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain organized storage areas for easy access.
• Track inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Perform regular inventory counts and audits.
• Prepare and process orders for distribution.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Operate inventory software and related tools.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment per regulations.
