Job Summary:

The Beverage Manager is responsible for working alongside the Director of Food & Beverage to oversee our Operations team at the location, ensuring high standards of guest experience, safety, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will be an experienced food and beverage leader, a great coach who can motivate the team and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand all menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing.
  • Ensure all concession areas are properly displayed and merchandised.
  • Execute all security, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Provide operational planning to meet staffing and inventory needs for each concession event.
  • Follow and execute preventative maintenance schedules as set by the Director of Concessions.
  • Hold team accountable to steps of service to deliver excellent guest service.
  • Maintain show quality standards at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits, and Levy team members.
  • Gather feedback from clients and guests to improve operations.
  • Address departmental guest service issues promptly.
  • Implement menus, promotions, and programs as outlined by the Director of Operations, adhering to Levy standards.
  • Achieve daily sales and cost goals.
  • Meet budget targets.
  • Enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
  • Verify opening and closing inventories accurately.
  • Complete daily reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensure department reports are completed for month-end closing.
  • Adhere to Levy guidelines as per training manuals and employee handbook.
  • Forecast and schedule team members to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain fully stocked and operational concession areas.
  • Train and maintain POS systems and concession equipment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings for communication.
  • Hire, train, and develop team members following Levy policies.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
  • 2-4 years of fine dining restaurant management experience.
  • Strong food and wine knowledge, including pairings.
  • Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including MS Office.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
