Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
  2. Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
  3. Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
  4. Operate and clean equipment after use.
  5. Store, label, and date food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
  6. Complete required documentation and reports.
  7. Follow health and sanitation regulations.
  8. Take customer orders and prepare quick-serve items.
  9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
  10. Use approved recipes to ensure quality and portion control.
  11. Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
