A leading benefits consulting firm in Canada is looking for a Benefits Analyst to provide support in designing and managing group benefits for large clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in group benefits, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The Benefits Analyst will provide group benefits consulting support, including design and financial management for existing Enterprise and large clients and prospects. The Benefits Analyst will work closely with internal consulting teams, interface with vendors, support client deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met. This position is well suited to someone with an Actuarial background.
