Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest and team interactions.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced hotel setting.
• Ability to stand, lift luggage, and remain active for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist with luggage upon arrival.
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local recommendations.
• Escort guests to rooms and coordinate arrivals and departures.
• Maintain lobby and arrival areas in a clean, organized state.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge and other departments.
