Job summary

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a Bellperson to warmly greet guests and provide seamless service from arrival to departure. You will assist with luggage, orient rooms, and act as a proactive ambassador, maintaining a visible lobby presence and delivering a welcoming guest experience.

The role emphasizes professionalism, physical capability, and the ability to handle guest requests with poise. Flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends, are part of the work schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Alberta Class 4 driver's license (or equivalent) required and current driver's abstract free of any serious demerit points
• Certification in CPR and First Aid would be an asset
• Must be physically capable of meeting the very physical demands of the position

Responsibilities

• Timely delivery of guests’ luggage, messages and any other items for delivery within the property
• Personalize guests’ orientation of their room in a professional, friendly and engaging way
• Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
• Act as a valet parking attendant and park and retrieve guest vehicles
• Receive and deliver items for guests
• Addresses guest concerns and brings them to the attention of the Manager on Duty
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel’s emergency procedures

Job Description

A smile and a helping hand are what our Guests will experience as you personally greet them upon arrival. As a Bellperson with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, your knowledge of the hotel and the professionalism you display will create a sense of “welcome” like no other.

Rate of Pay: $24.88/hour

Start Date: August 2026
