• Master's degree required in social/behavioral science or related field.
• Two+ years clinical experience with high-acuity clients.
• Must meet the Mental Health Professional definition per RCW 71.05.020.
• Active credential from Washington State Department of Health.
• Three years supervisory/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative supervision of all site staff; may supervise mental health staff.
• Participates in management meetings to coordinate with staff and leadership.
• Assists in inter-agency referrals and mutual resource sharing.
• Ensures compliance with county, state, and contract requirements for service delivery.
• Administers and implements department policies and procedures; ensures ethical compliance with Sea Mar and DOH.
• Conducts quality control reviews of documentation and reporting.
• Coordinates with oversight agencies to ensure care quality.
• Maintains staff training plans and in-service hours to meet WAC requirements.
• Proposes and implements clinical and program policies to meet funding and agency needs.
• Helps monitor the budget and assist in hiring for vacant positions.
• Interacts with community agencies to explain Sea Mar's services and resource use.
• Monitors staff productivity and performance on a regular basis.
• DCRs provide crisis services and ITA assessments; ensures compliance with applicable laws.
