Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee Designated Crisis Responders (DCRs) and coordinate crisis services. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring quality and confidentiality, and collaborating with the Behavioral Health Program Manager on administrative and clinical procedures.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social or behavioral science or related field, an active WA State Department of Health credential, and at least two years of leadership

• Master's degree in social or behavioral science or related field.
• Active credential from Washington State Department of Health.
• Two or more years of clinical leadership experience.
• Ability to work effectively in integrated care teams with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Designated Crisis Responders (DCRs) in all phases of their work.
• Coordinate with Behavioral Health Program Manager on administrative and clinical procedures.
• Lead crisis services and assessments for Involuntary Treatment Act.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper clinical record documentation.
