Job summary

Moosehead Breweries Limited in Saint John, NB, seeks a Retail Operations Manager to oversee the Small Batch Tap Room and Cold Beer Store, including a brewery-tour program. This role is based in our Saint John office and reports to the Vice President of Sales & Partnerships.

You will lead a 30-person team, manage retail and ecommerce inventory, and ensure exceptional beer quality and guest experience across stores and tours.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• A passion for great beer and beer culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full P&L responsibility for our Tap Room and Cold Beer Store.
• Keyholder with daily cash reconciliation.
• Lead a team of up to 30 including managers, ambassadors, guides and staff.
• Manage retail items/inventory for retail and ecommerce.
• Deliver best-in-class consumer experience and tours.
• Work cross-functionally with Brewing, Packaging, Marketing, Sales, and Communications.
