Job summary

Sephora Canada in Sherwood Park, AB, is seeking a Services Manager for Stores to oversee Beauty Studio operations, services, classes, and events. You will manage staffing, reservations, and performance development to deliver an exceptional client experience.

The role emphasizes training, development, and leadership to drive sales and customer satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to build teams of talented store leaders to train staff and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage all services, classes and events for the Sephora store location.
• Oversee Beauty Studio operations and staff training to ensure an elevated in-store experience.
• Manage the Online Reservation system and staffing levels for services and classes.
• Plan and staff in-store events to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
• Lead training and certifications for Beauty Advisors and oversee performance Development and feedback.
• Act as Manager on Duty and engage with clients on-stage to deliver superior service.
