Job summary

Sephora Canada is hiring a Services Manager, Stores, to oversee all services, classes and events at a Sherwood Park location. You will lead the Beauty Studio, manage reservations, staff levels, and ensure a premium client experience in-store.

The role requires 2–4 years of similar experience, strong communications, and the ability to develop store leaders who can train and drive sales while delivering outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels clearly.
• Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage all services, classes and events in the Sephora store.
• Oversee Beauty Studio operations and training for Beauty Advisors.
• Manage Online Reservation system and staffing to support services and events.
• Plan and staff in-store events to maximize learning and sales opportunities.
• Provide ongoing training and development for Beauty Advisors.
