Responsibilities:

1. Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs.
2. Maintain a positive attitude towards selling.
3. Promote sales of beauty products and encourage participation in the PC Optimum program.
4. Provide superior customer service and promote a positive environment.
5. Actively promote products through marketing and book appointments for in-store events.
6. Exhibit and promote company products and services.
7. Attend vendor training and educational sessions.
8. Adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards and store policies.
9. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention regulations.
10. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Independent thinking.
• Selling skills in cosmetics.

Experience:

• Proven consultative and selling skills with a track record of success.
• Knowledge of beauty products and ability to conduct consultations and demonstrations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, and stretch to stock shelves.
