As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all clients in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance & Cash areas.

• Client Engagement: Greet all clients warmly, provide courteous, knowledgeable service, assess their needs, and suggest suitable products. Communicate product knowledge effectively and offer makeovers when appropriate.
• Training & Development: Complete in-depth brand training for your designated area, pursue additional product knowledge, and cross-train with other Beauty Advisors.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory control, communicate issues to management, ensure compliance with sampling policies, stay informed about store events, and participate in loss prevention programs. Be familiar with cashier functions if designated.
