SUMMARY:

To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maximizes sales and awareness of promotional programs
• Possesses a “selling is fun” attitude
• Promotes sales of beauty products
• Encourages customer participation in the PC Optimum program

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Creates a positive environment for customers and coworkers
• Prioritizes customer satisfaction by providing superior service
• Uses eClienteling to enhance customer experience
• Markets products and promotes the PC Optimum program
• Promotes and books appointments for in-store events

OPERATIONS:

• Displays and promotes company’s products and services
• Attends vendor training and workshops
• Follows Cosmetics Operating Standards

GENERAL:

• Follows health and safety regulations
• Adheres to store policies and loss prevention procedures
• Maintains professionalism at all times
• Performs additional duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Independent thinking
• Selling skills in cosmetics

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven consultative and selling experience
• Knowledge of beauty products and services
• Ability to conduct makeup and skincare consultations
• Effective communication skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Climb ladders
• Stock shelves by bending and stretching
