Manage resources of the Beauty department to maximize sales targets.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

SALES EXPECTATIONS:

• Utilize corporate sales tracking tools and dashboards to set and meet sales goals
• Sell to customers and coach staff in selling skills
• Develop effective sales techniques to maximize sales
• Ensure staff achieve productivity objectives

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Prioritize customer satisfaction and provide superior service
• Monitor and communicate CSI survey results and objectives
• Model desired behaviors with eClienteling
• Book appointments for events and manage annual schedules
• Promote products through marketing and encourage PC Optimum program use
• Train staff to beauty sales standards

TEAM LEADERSHIP:

• Mentor, coach, train, and motivate staff
• Create a fun selling environment
• Prepare performance appraisals with the Front Store Manager
• Demonstrate “Blue Culture Principles” and “C.O.R.E Values”
• Foster an environment supporting these values

OPERATIONS:

• Use corporate sales tools to track sales
• Ensure Cosmetic Operating Standards are maintained
• Schedule shifts during peak hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Independent thinking for customer issues
• Ability to act on management goals
• Develop a personal development plan annually
• Collaborate with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven sales achievement record
• Cosmetic industry experience
