Responsibilities

• Maintain visual merchandising standards for the beauty department.
• Drive product storytelling and selling behaviors aligned to brand.
• Uphold sales floor and fitting room standards where applicable.
• Ensure category-level execution aligned to brand priorities.
• Collaborate with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability.
• Identify risks and opportunities affecting customer and brand experience.
