Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co in Canada is seeking a Beauty Supervisor to lead customer and associate experiences in-store. This role drives brand execution, coaching, and daily operations to support top-line sales and exceptional service.

The position partners with the Beauty Manager in higher complexity stores, reports to the Store Manager, and requires evening/weekend availability, physical tasks, and strong merchandising skills. Training and development are emphasized.

• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• Experience directing other individuals in the performance of their job duties preferred.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Beauty Supervisor is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. This role is accountable for brand and customer experience execution within the store. In higher complexity stores, accountability is shared with and guided by a Beauty Manager. This role reports to the Store Manager or Beauty Manager, as assigned.

• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business

Store Leadership Expectations

• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling.
• Coaching & development of associates
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties, as assigned, including, but not limited to: floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing

Minimum Salary: $18.40

Maximum Salary: $22.10
