This entry-level role offers training and growth in the automotive industry, with opportunities to learn multiple computer systems and manage customer appointments.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer data, confirming appointments, and directing inquiries to the appropriate teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centre or switchboard is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Attention to detail and motivated to succeed.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Flexibility with work hours and availability for occasional Saturdays.
