Job summary

Farmboy Fine Arts is seeking a BD Coordinator to be the operational engine of the business development function. You will own systems, processes, and execution to ensure no opportunity is missed and no follow-up falls through.

Responsibilities include qualification, CRM hygiene, weekly pipeline reporting, outreach campaigns, meeting logistics, and proposal coordination to drive commercial momentum.

Responsibilities

• Owns inbound lead qualification and intake, ensuring inquiries are logged and routed promptly.
• Maintains CRM integrity across the full pipeline with current contact records and activity logs.
• Produces weekly pipeline reports for the BD Lead and Creative Director.
• Executes outreach campaigns to target accounts, drafting communications and tracking responses.
• Coordinates BD meeting logistics including lunches, discovery calls, and client events.
• Assembles and maintains proposal documents, capability summaries, and case studies with inputs from delivery team.
• Researches target accounts ahead of first contact, providing context on projects and contacts.
• Supports ongoing BD systems improvements to enhance speed, accuracy and visibility.
