Job summary

BMO in Toronto is seeking a Manager, BCM to own the Blue Rewards BCM program. You will update and review all Business Impact Assessments, Business Continuity Plans, Crisis Management Plan, IT Disaster Recovery Plan and related documentation on an annual basis.

The role requires coordinating with internal departments, conducting training and live exercises, and performing Incident Commander responsibilities on a 24/7 rotation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Blue Rewards BCM program and annual plan reviews.
• Update Business Impact Assessments, BCM Plans and IT Disaster Recovery plans.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet regulatory and audit requirements.
• Conduct training and live exercises to test plans and close gaps identified.
• Serve as Incident Commander on a 24/7 rotation for Blue Rewards.
• Perform Change Manager duties including CR review and approvals for production systems.
