Job summary

Pinchin is seeking a Senior Technical Manager, Building Envelope to lead the Building Science and Resiliency team in British Columbia. You will drive technical excellence, mentor staff, and grow the practice while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will oversee envelope assessments, designs, rehabilitation projects, and client engagement, ensuring quality and adherence to standards across BC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in a related field.
• Professional designation such as P.Eng., CET, BSS, RRO, RRC, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Building Envelope team across British Columbia.
• Manage building envelope assessment, design, restoration, and rehabilitation projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and lead business development initiatives across BC.
