Job summary

Stix & Stones Indoor Golf in Winchester, VA is hiring a Bay Attendant / Guest Services team member. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, operate golf simulators, and serve food and beverages while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You’ll join a collaborative, energetic team aiming to launch Winchester's new entertainment venue with cross-training across hospitality, events and operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant or recreation is preferred but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check in reservations, and provide excellent service.
• Assist guests with golf simulator setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
• Keep simulator bays, dining areas and common spaces clean and organized.
• Support leagues, tournaments, private events, and community activities.
• Promote memberships, events and promotions to guests.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a fun, energetic atmosphere.
• Perform opening, closing and daily operational duties as assigned.

About Stix & Stones

Stix & Stones Indoor Golf is a brand-new, state-of-the-art indoor golf and entertainment venue opening in Winchester, Virginia. Our mission is to create an exceptional guest experience through premium golf simulators, food and beverage service, leagues, tournaments, and community events. We're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing team members who enjoy working with people and want to help launch an exciting new business.

Responsibilities
