The Golf Shop Attendant will operate the POS system, handle reservations, balance cash, and assist golfers with friendly, professional service. This seasonal position requires availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Smart Serve certified required.
• Professional appearance and manners.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and operations is often required.
• First Aid certified is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Key duties include operating the POS system, managing reservations, balancing cash, merchandising, opening/closing procedures and communicate with management.
• Greet customers entering the establishment.
• The ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally.
• Answer customers' questions and offer direction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Processing cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
• Data Entry and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and orderly golf shop area inside and outside.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
