Job summary

Gray Collection is seeking a Bartender to advise guests, take orders, and serve beverages at the bar, while collaborating with the dining room team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of cocktails, wines, and coffee beverages, strong customer service, teamwork, with the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment; fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in the same or a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, and coffee beverages.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both spoken and written.
