Responsibilities

1. Creating and Developing Cocktails

• Designing unique cocktail recipes and drink menus
• Experimenting with flavors, ingredients, and garnishes
• Updating seasonal or specialty drinks

2. Preparing Drinks

• Mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately
• Measuring ingredients and following recipes
• Garnishing and presenting drinks attractively

3. Knowledge of Spirits and Ingredients

• Understanding different types of alcohol (vodka, rum, whiskey, tequila, etc.)
• Knowing flavor pairings and cocktail techniques
• Explaining drinks and ingredients to customers

4. Customer Service

• Greeting and interacting with guests
• Taking drink orders and making recommendations
• Creating a welcoming and engaging bar atmosphere

5. Maintaining the Bar Area

• Keeping the bar clean and organized
• Washing tools, glassware, and equipment
• Ensuring bar supplies are stocked

6. Inventory Management

• Monitoring alcohol and ingredient levels
• Ordering supplies when needed
• Reducing waste and controlling costs
