Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all sales are recorded properly.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain stock.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service for all customers.

Experience
