Job summary

Germain Hotels group seeks a Bartender who enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in crafting both classic and original drinks while providing exceptional care to guests. You have a foodie side and can discuss craft beer or wine to tailor service to each guest.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., 5 days per week. On-site role offering travel rates, autonomy, and access to a fitness centre.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of bartending experience.
• Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, prepare, and serve beverages and food according to guests' preferences while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
• Ensure the bar is properly stocked and complies with health and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, including bar equipment and work areas.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the service of alcohol.

We are looking for a Bartender who enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in carefully crafting both classic and original drinks while providing exceptional care to our guests. You have a bit of a foodie side and feel comfortable discussing everything from a new craft beer to a great bottle of wine. Professional and versatile, you know how to tailor your service to the needs of every guest who takes a seat at your bar.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Good physical condition; able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems used in the restaurant industry.
