Responsibilities

• Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to service steps.
• Prepare drinks to O&B standards.
• Enter information accurately into the POS system.
• Monitor food quality and presentation.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness in grab & go areas and ensure products are well stocked.
• Follow merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing standards.
• Be aware of guest allergies and special requests.
• Complete opening, closing and side duties safely.
• Follow all food safety standards and systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
