Job summary

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills.
Previous work experience as a Barista is an asset.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu.
Prepare coffee drinks by following recipes and techniques (espresso, cafe latte, cappuccino).
Sell coffee and equipment by explaining differences in beans and machines.
Maintain inventories by replenishing supplies and pastries for the bar.
Keep equipment operating by following instructions and performing maintenance.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and sanitation regulations.
Improve quality by evaluating processes and contributing to store appearance.
