Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
• Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu.
• Prepare coffee drinks following prescribed recipes (espresso, latte, cappuccino).
• Sell coffee and equipment by explaining differences and operating methods.
• Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee beans and supplies; keep display and pastry items stocked.
• Keep equipment operating by following instructions, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and sanitation rules.
• Improve quality by evaluating processes and maintaining store appearance.
