Responsibilities

Prepare coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for espresso, latte, and cappuccino.
Sell coffee and equipment by explaining differences in beans and machines; demonstrate operation.
Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking equipment and pastries.
Keep equipment operating by following instructions; troubleshoot, perform maintenance, call for repairs.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following sanitation regulations.
Improve quality by evaluating processes and maintaining store appearance.
