Job summary

Carmens Group in Hamilton is seeking an experienced bartender supervisor to join our events team. You will oversee bar service for weddings, galas and banquets, guiding bartenders and service staff to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications include 2+ years in hospitality, supervisory experience, Smart Serve certification and a valid G driver's license. You’ll thrive in fast-paced settings and be available for evenings and weekends, with growth opportunities across our venues in

• Supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality is an asset.
• Smart Serve Certification.
• Valid G Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Mixology experience.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in fast-paced event environments.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late-night events.

What You Will Be Doing
