Responsibilities

• Orders, requisitions and stocks all liquor, beverage and other bar supplies according to procedures.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining room guests.
• Greets bar guests, makes beverage suggestions and answers questions.
• Takes records and rings all food and beverage items ordered by bar guests.
• Observes bar guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar counter, back bar, and storage areas.
• Adheres to liquor laws and restaurant policies regarding service of alcohol.
• Performs cashiering function for service staff and restaurant.
