Job summary

Ruth's Chris Toronto is seeking Front of House team members in a dual role of Team Lead and Bartender. The positions involve leading shifts, ensuring service standards are met, and handling bar operations including liquor stock, beverage preparation, and guest interaction.

Team Lead duties include staff coverage, end-of-night reporting, and maintaining guest satisfaction, with availability for closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Team leadership and supervisory presence on the floor.
• Excellent guest service and communication with guests and staff.
• Cash handling and basic closing reports experience.
• Experience with bar operations and beverage service.
• Ability to operate POS system and rings for orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a consistent leadership presence on the floor.
• Assist in staff management and provide coverage on manager days off.
• Lead shifts independently and ensure standards are executed at all times.
• Perform end of night responsibilities including cash handling, cash outs, and closing administrative reports.
• Maintain accountability for team performance, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Availability to work closing shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Bartenders: stock liquor/beverage supplies, mix and serve beverages, greet guests, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Cashiering for service staff and restaurant.
