Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all banquet events from pre-opening preparations through to event completion, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Chef and kitchen staff on menu planning, food quality, and cost control measures.
  • Supervise and train banquet service staff to uphold high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Manage room setups, service flow, and logistics to optimize guest experience and event success.
  • Monitor and control food and labor costs to meet budgets while maintaining service excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong client, vendor, and internal team relationships for clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Implement customer service training programs to enhance team performance and guest engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all banquet operations.

Minimum Qualifications:
