Synpulse, a global management and technology consultancy, invites experienced professionals to join its Toronto team. Based on your level, you will lead client engagements in the banking sector, drive performance improvements, mentor consultants, and help develop new proposals.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in management consulting, financial services, or banking.
• Experience leading engagements, managing client relationships and delivering results in banking.
• Understanding of banking products and operations across wealth, retail, corporate or investment banking.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and agile approaches.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client proposals, presentations, and project deliverables with high quality and timeliness.
• Assess client organizations, processes and systems and propose innovative improvements.
• Manage project delivery from inception to completion under guidance of a Career Advisor.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and elicit requirements effectively.
• Mentor and guide a diverse team of consultants to foster growth.
• Develop and communicate new ideas and conceptualize innovative approaches.
• Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Contribute to business development and expand presence in the banking market.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in banking.
