Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1+ year relevant experience a plus.
• Strong administration and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to work with basic internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per procedures and policies.
• Identify customer needs and explain banking solutions clearly and discreetly.
• Address and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures.
• Meet goals by promoting banking solutions and completing tasks accurately.
