CIBC in Flesherton is seeking a people-focused leader to head the Personal and Business Banking Team. You’ll hire, develop and coach your staff, driving exceptional client experiences and accountable revenue growth.

You’ll empower your team to act like owners and collaborate across branches to serve clients’ home, loan, and business needs. On-site full-time with flexible hours including evenings and weekends; travel between nearby banking centres is expected to support a great client experience.
