CIBC is seeking a dynamic leader to head a Personal and Business Banking team in Port Elgin. You will hire, coach, and develop a high performing group while delivering exceptional client experiences and driving revenue growth.

This on-site role requires schedule flexibility to cover banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends. You will lead by example, deepen client relationships, manage performance, and collaborate with partners to maximize market opportunities while safeguarding

Qualifications

• Regarded as a people leader with strong client-focused mindset.
• Licensing in Mutual Funds is required or equivalent accreditation (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada) or an asset.
• Optional advanced certifications such as CFP or BCO/BME/CPH/WME may be advantageous.
