Job summary

RBC in Carlyle, Canada, is seeking a part-time Personal & Commercial Banking Associate to engage clients, educate them on digital banking, and process everyday transactions. You will identify opportunities and refer complex needs to specialists to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage with clients in-branch and in the community to uncover needs and identify sales opportunities.
Focus on education and demonstrations, using technology to deliver memorable client experiences and drive sales.
Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions in a timely manner.
Actively listen to understand individual client needs and tailor recommendations.
Build relationships with RBC partners to maximize referrals and opportunities.
