GardaWorld in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Bank Security Guard to protect employees, customers, and bank premises. You will monitor, patrol, respond to incidents, and provide a courteous security presence while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence while monitoring the bank premises for suspicious or unusual activity.
• Respond quickly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and potential threats.
• Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the facility to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, and the premises.
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas, verifying identification and authorization when required.
• Monitor security systems, alarms, cameras, and other security equipment for potential issues or security concerns.
• Complete detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service while assisting employees and visitors with security-related inquiries.
• Liaise with bank management, emergency services, and law enforcement when required.
• Identify and report potential security risks, hazards, equipment issues, or vulnerabilities.
• Perform other security-related duties as required.
