Job summary

Banff Caribou Properties Ltd. in Banff, Alberta, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our Central Maintenance team. You'll perform routine and preventative maintenance across our buildings and laundry facility, troubleshoot issues, and help keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach with mechanical skills.
• Experience in building maintenance and plumbing preferred.
• Strong troubleshooter with good problem-solving ability.
• Self-motivated, reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and preventative maintenance across buildings and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and complete minor repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, appliances and general maintenance.
• Support the central maintenance team to keep facilities safe and efficient.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide high-level service.
• Participate in shared on-call schedule and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed.
